When you place an order at www.petitecollection.se you agree to our terms of purchase. You then undertake to follow the terms and conditions in their entirety, as well as agree that you have read the information about personal data and given your consent to the use of names, personal data and cookies.
After completing the order, you will receive an order confirmation to your e-mail address, which is your receipt that we have received your order. We invite you to save this order confirmation for any contact with our customer service. You who order on our website must be at least 18 years old, or alternatively have the approval of a guardian.
If you have not received an order confirmation, or if the information is incorrect, please contact our customer service here.
We normally send your package within 1-2 working days (weekdays excluding holidays). Orders received during the weekend are processed the following Monday at the earliest.
When your package has left our warehouse, responsibility passes to the distributor with whom the package is sent. If the package is to be redeemed, it must be done within the time specified on the notification. Notification can take place via e-mail, regular mail or SMS to the specified telephone number.
If you do not collect your package, we have the right to charge you a fee for costs of shipping, return shipping, administration and order processing. The fee differs depending on what you ordered from us.
For uncollected packages that are custom-made according to your wishes, we will charge you the full purchase amount.
When ordering on our website, you accept the prices stated and displayed on the page. All prices are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK) and include 25% VAT. For delivery within the EU or outside the EU, we charge VAT in accordance with current VAT rules.
Costs for shipping and any payment fees are added and specified during your purchase. For purchases over SEK 500 we offer you free shipping within Sweden, for purchases under SEK 500 the shipping fee is SEK 49 within Sweden. For deliveries to other countries within the EU or outside the EU, we offer shipping at a fixed price of SEK 99 for purchases over SEK 500, and SEK 199 for purchases under SEK 500.
We reserve the right to any price adjustments caused by e.g. currency changes, price changes at subcontractors or incorrect price information. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time.
4. PAYMENT OPTIONS
We offer the option to pay by card, invoice (via Klarna), PayPal, Google Pay and Apple Pay. Via klarna as a partner, we also offer partial payment.
For payment against invoice, it may happen that Klarna makes a credit report. The credit information that is carried out is not visible to banks and lenders and thus does not affect your credit rating. This is solely so that Klarna can make an assessment of your financial behavior. If you have payment comments and are not approved for invoice purchases by Klarna, we unfortunately cannot help, but refer to another payment method.
Once the order has been placed, we normally do not have the option to change payment options.
5. RETURN / RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
As a customer, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal that applies from the time you receive your package from us.
When exercising the right of withdrawal:
You must notify us that you regret it. Send us an email here.In the message, your full name, address, e-mail address, order number and which products you wish to return must be clearly stated. The product or products must be returned within 14 days of receipt of delivery. You are responsible for return shipping and are responsible for delivery. You are obliged to keep the item in the same condition as you received it and should therefore be sent back to us in the original packaging. In case of right of withdrawal, we do not reimburse the shipping fee that you may have been charged for when sending your package.

When purchasing specially manufactured products, which have been tailored especially for you or have a clear personal touch according to your wishes.

Before we send out your package, we do a thorough review of your products so that they are in top condition. Should it happen that despite this you discover a defective product, please contact us at: firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as you discover the error.
The right of complaint covers products that are faulty according to the current consumer protection act. If you change the function or appearance of the product, the right to complain no longer applies.
The right of complaint does not cover defects caused by normal wear and tear and we reserve the right to refuse a complaint if the product is not considered to be faulty.

HOW DO I PROCEED WITH A COMPLAINT?
- Send us an email at email@example.com with your full name, your address, your email address, order number and a description of the error (preferably with pictures) .
- We reserve the right to remedy the error in the first place. If we believe this is not possible, we will send you an equivalent product or refund the defective product.
- We are responsible for the return shipping in the case of approved complaints.
7. PRODUCT INFORMATION
We always strive to expose our products as correctly as possible, but there may be some color difference depending on the monitor, resolution or depending on when the product is photographed (daylight, shadows or similar).
We reserve the right for any final sale and image or typographical errors on our website, and reserve the right to change all product and price information whenever we wish.

We assume no responsibility for indirect damages that may occur as a result of the product.

If you choose to pay by invoice, the social security number is also saved with the payment provider. The information is saved to be able to complete the purchase and to protect the parties against fraud.

11. ANY DISPUTE / CHOICE OF LAW
Disputes should primarily be resolved amicably after discussion with our customer service.
