The type of credit information Klarna does is not visible to banks or lenders and therefore does not affect your credit rating. This is only for Klarna to be able to understand your financial behavior and thus be able to help you make the right enomial decisions.
Shipping & delivery
For purchases over SEK 500, we offer free worldwide shipping. If the amount is less than SEK 500, the shipping fee is SEK 49 within Sweden.

For purchases over 500 SEK, we offer free shipping to all countries. If you live outside the EU, any customs duties will be added.
Normally we will send your order within 1-2 working days. Orders received during the weekend are handled no earlier than the following Monday.
The package must be redeemed within the time specified on the notification. You can receive your notification via e-mail, regular mail or text message to the specified telephone number.
If you do not pick up your package, we will charge you a fee for costs of shipping, return shipping, administration and order handling. The fee differs depending on what you ordered from us (depending on whether it is special production or not). You can read more about this here.
Complaint, Return & Exchange
Before we send out your order, we make a thorough review so that the product / products are in top condition. Should you, despite this, receive a defective product, we ask you to contact us at email@example.com as soon as you discover the error and we will help you.
When purchasing products that are not specially manufactured, the statutory right of withdrawal applies for 14 days from the time you receive your package from us. Please note that products that are made according to your wishes (eg name tag with gold print) cannot be exchanged or returned.
If you want to return a product, you must let us know that you have regretted it. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your full name, your address, e-mail address, order number and which products you wish to return are clearly stated.
You are responsible for the return shipping and are responsible for the products being in the same condition as you received them.
Products made to your liking cannot be exchanged or returned. This is because we print the desired letter after each order. It is therefore of utmost importance to measure your dog and follow our size guide here on the website.
